ダブルへテロ構造採用 AlGaAs 超高輝度 赤色 LEDランプ

このソリッドステートLEDランプは、ダブルへテロ構造(DH)によるAlGaAs/GaAs材技術を利用しています。このLED材料は、幅広い駆動電流において優れた発光効率を実現します。このランプパッケージは、先細レンズデザインによって光束を狭い放射パターンに集中させ、非常に高い輝度を実現しています。LED色は、637nmの表示波長の真紅です。このランプは、DCまたはパルス駆動し光出力を実現します。
