ダブルへテロ構造採用超高輝度・低電流 (1mA) 赤色LEDランプ

アバゴが独自開発したダブルへテロ構造(DH)によるAlGaAs/GaAsタイプのLEDランプです。従来のGaAsP/GaAsに比べて格段に発光効率が改善されています。LED色は、637nmの表示波長の真紅です。このランプは、DCまたはパルス駆動し光出力を実現します。
