T-1 3/4（5mm）高輝度 ダブルへテロ構造採用AlGaAs赤色LEDランプ

このソリッドステートLEDランプは、ダブルへテロ構造(DH)によるAlGaAs/GaAs材技術を利用しています。従来のGaAsP/GaAsに比べて格段に発光効率が改善されています。LED色は、637nmの表示波長の真紅です。このランプは、DCまたはパルス駆動し光出力を実現します。
