ダブルへテロ構造採用 超高輝度・低電流 (1mA) AlGaAs赤色LED

アバゴが独自開発したダブルへテロ構造(DH)によるAlGaAs/GaAsタイプのLEDランプです。従来のGaAsP/GaAsに比べて格段に発光効率が改善されています。LED色は、637nmの表示波長の真紅です。このランプは、最小限の電源出力で高光出力が求められるアプリケーションに理想的です。
