12V 抵抗内蔵LEDランプ T-1（3mm）

この12Vランプでは、集積電流制限抵抗器がLEDと直列に接続されています。これにより、外部電流制限器なしで、ランプを12V電源で駆動できます。黄色デバイスは、GaAsPをGaPサブストレートに配置しています。拡散ランプは、幅広い軸外視野角を実現します。
