5V　駆動抵抗内蔵LEDランプ 　直径3mm （T-1)シリーズ

この5V駆動のランプは、LEDと直列の集積電流制限抵抗器が内蔵されています。このため外部電流制限器がなくても、5V電源で駆動することができます。緑のデバイスはGaPサブストレート上のGaPを使用します。拡散ランプは、幅広い軸外視野角を実現します。
