5V 抵抗内蔵緑色LEDランプ T-1 3/4（5 mm）

この5V緑色ランプでは、集積電流制限抵抗器がLEDと直列に接続されています。これにより、外部電流制限器なしで、ランプを5V電源で駆動できます。HLMP-3680は、GaPサブストレート上のGaPから構成されます。この拡散ランプは、幅広い軸外視野角を実現します。
