5V　駆動抵抗内蔵LEDランプ 　直径3mm （T-1)シリーズ

この5V駆動のランプは、LEDと直列の集積電流制限抵抗器が内蔵されています。このため外部電流制限器がなくても、5V電源で駆動することができます。高効率のGaAsP赤をGaPサブストレートに配置しています。この拡散ランプは広範な軸外視角を有します。
